Koolski House is a new and very large house in Bulgaria, 10km from Borovets and 60km from Sofia airport. Containing four separate apartments with full self-catering facilities, it's ideal both for families and for groups of skiers.
The property is situated in the prestigious district of Boricho in Samokov, with stunning views to the mountains and the Borovets ski runs. The house faces south so it enjoys maximum sunshine.

Just 100 meters from the front door is a newly-built ski run serviced by a two-man chair lift. To ski the more challenging slopes in Borovets we provide free transport to and from the resort, which takes no more than 15 minutes. We can offer transfers from Sofia to Samokov, ski packages, tuition and lift passes if required.
